A Quick Note on NaNoWriMo

So really what I have been writing recently isn't going to go into my NaNoWriMo submission. The stuff that I am writing right now, is just warm up. When it comes time to put my nose to the grind stone it is going to be nice to have been writing upwards of 2,000 words a day already. Really if all I do is write 2,000 words a day for a month then I will be well past the NaNoWriMo word count before the 30 days are up. I think this is a pretty realistic goal so I think I am going to continue working on the story I have been post, but really only as practice. I am also going to need the practice of just sitting and writing, and ignoring my urges to edit what I have written. Also I am going to work on a plot outline for my November story. Nothing to critical, but something so that when November 1st roles around I am going to be able to just start writing.
